Pack Your Jewelry
Securely place the item in its original MRJewels presentation box and include all certificates, tags, and the original packing slip.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
